This place suits me perfectly. The Wi-Fi is great, they have 24-hour reception, and luggage storage helps a lot. On my first stay, the staff helped me with an insect bite, which I'll always remember! I highly recommend it.

The Classic Double Room I stayed in was super comfy, featuring a massive bed and a wonderful rainforest shower that truly refreshed me after a long day. I absolutely loved the gourmet breakfast, with everything from blueberries to fresh salmon, making mornings exceptionally delightful! The tranquil garden view not only enhanced the charm of the room but also provided a serene atmosphere to unwind.

We had an awesome time with friends at this place. The pet-friendly vibe was great, especially when we visited the lovely gardens nearby. The staff made breakfast enjoyable with a good variety, and getting around using the tram was convenient. I'd definitely recommend for a fun group getaway!

One downside was that the AC wasn't working during our stay. It made the nights a bit uncomfortable since it was hot outside.

this was my first stay at alexander am zoo and it exceeded my expectations. the room was spacious and comfy, and the breakfast selection was amazing. i appreciate the friendly staff and the lovely setting during my relaxing holiday.

The Demokrit room was super spacious, with a huge bed and a rainforest shower. Breakfast had everything, from blueberries to salmon. Plus, it’s just a 7 min walk to the U4 metro line. Very quiet location, loved the lovely garden view, made it peaceful. Totally recommend.
